Briess 2-Row Pale Malt

Base malt, 1.8 Lovibond.

Briess White Wheat Malt

Base malt, 2.0 Lovibond.

Contrary to popular misconception, white wheat is not lighter in color than regular wheat malt. It provides a different flavor that's extremely light in body, yet more substantial than unmalted wheat.
