Washington Columbia Valley Riesling

The Columbia Valley produces many prestigious wines from their world-class Riesling grapes. Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown in this area offer pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity; showing fantastic floral aromas and flavors of peach and apricot, while still maintaining crisp freshness. This vivid fruitiness is enhanced with the new "susse-reserve" finishing pack. Off-dry (slightly sweet) wine that is good young, although flavor is more striking with age. Great with chicken, broiled fish, shellfish, and cream pasta sauces.

New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Marlborough has the sunniest, driest climate in New Zealand, and the Wairau Valley’s rich soils combine with the cool nights to deliver astonishingly pungent wines, with gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit, passion fruit, and a host of other beguiling aromas. Few wines ever achieve the amazing aromatic complexity and zesty fruit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The expression of this amazing explosion of fruit is aided by our special proprietary yeast: by careful management of the yeast strain, Selection Estate New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc casts long, rich flavors, redolent with grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish.

Sonoma Valley Unwooded Chardonnay

A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical citrus aromas and flavors. Unusual in a Chardonnay, these flavors shine through undimmed by oak: while some wines use the vanilla and smoke of oaking to add structure and depth, the fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to come through, and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish.

Yakima Valley Pinot Gris
Centered on the same latitude as France’s most prestigious winegrowing regions, Washington State is a classic cool-climate viticultural area, with the Cascade Mountains providing a complete rain shadow for the vines. The resulting arid climate, combined with the long daylight hours of the growing season, ensures that grapes fully ripen, developing complex fruit flavors, good acid levels and pleasing aromatics.

Estate Series Washington Pinot Gris offers fresh aromas and flavors of ripe honeydew melon crisp green apple and an attractive floral note. The wine has an elegant, creamy finish restrained by a refreshing crispness that makes it very food friendly.

Selection Estate Series
German Mosel Valley Gewurztraminer
Gewurztraminer originated from an ancient grape found near Termeno, a village in northern Italy. Plantings in German vineyards yielded opulently aromatic grapes, tinged with rosy pink that the winemakers christened ‘gewurz’, which translates to ‘perfumed.’

Grapes for Estate Mosel Valley Gewurztraminer come from a region of Germany not far from where the Mosel meets the Rhine, from a town called Zell. With steeply sloped vineyards and mineral rich soils, the Mosel Valley produces some of the world’s finest cool-climate white wines. Low yields and hand cultivation ensure intense, richly aromatic grapes.

Estate Mosel Valley Gewurztraminer is redolent with heady perfume and the aromatic fragrance of lychee, tropical fruit and rose petals. Finishing off-dry, it’s flavors are ample, lusciously fruity and spicy rather than complex.
