How
We Package Our Bottles For Shipping:
Individually bubble wrapped to arrive
unbroken! (most of the time)
When bottles are shipped in
their original box, they're very prone to breakage. Once a single bottle
breaks, the rest of them have more room to rattle around,
and more bottles are soon broken. The best solution is to individually cushion
each bottle with bubble wrap.
Individual wrapping takes more time, material, and effort - but
we want your
bottles to arrive in good condition.
By ordering
glass bottles, you are agreeing to Annapolis Home
Brew's
Terms & Conditions regarding glass bottles:
Additional Shipping Charges:
If you don't
choose the proper east/middle/west option, we will
adjust the charges before shipping your order.
For example: if
your bottles are being shipped to California, but you select
"east," we will add more shipping charges. Because you
should have selected "west."
The
east/middle/west selector allows you to see your actual
shipping charges in your online shopping cart - it is not a
method of avoiding the proper charges.
Refunds:
No refunds
on any shipping charges.
If you have a problem with your
bottles:
1. You must call (not email) if
any bottles arrive broken. Call us toll-free
800-279-7556
2. Do not dispose of broken
bottles before calling us. (UPS may need to inspect the
package.)
We have had problems with fraudulent claims in the past.
3. Replacement bottles will not be
sent to you
immediately for free shipping.
It is our policy to ship replacement bottles along with your
next order, at no additional cost.
4. If you need replacement bottles sooner,
you must pay the actual UPS shipping fee.
(Actual UPS shipping fee depends on your location, and the
total weight of the replacement bottles.)
5. Annapolis Home Brew reserves the right to
issue a pro-rated refund instead of replacement bottles.
(If one bottle in a case of 12 is broken, we reserve the
right to refund 1/12 of the per-case price)
