Pellets are the most commonly used hops.

Pellets are compact (efficient storage) and have a much less surface area (longer storage) compared to loose hop flowers.  Annapolis Home Brew offers a large selection of hop pellets from around the world.  We don't ever look for the cheapest hops on the market.  Whenever there's a choice, we buy the freshest hops from the most desirable regions.

Our hops are stored in a deep-freezer, then moved to commercial refrigeration for sorting and sale.

All of our hops are sealed in Oxygen-Barrier, UV-Filtering bags.

Yes, prices for many hop varieties have gone up this year; this is just a fact of the current market.

The brewing industry is experiencing a
SERIOUS HOP SHORTAGE
this year.  Prices are higher, availability is reduced.
