Whole Hops ("Leaf Hops" or "Hop Flowers")

Whole hops are popular for flavor and aroma additions, with many brewers finding that they have a finer character than pellets.  Whole hops are also useful whenever beer or wort needs to flow through the hops, as in a hop-back or Randallizer.

Our hops are stored in commercial refrigeration for sorting and sale.

Our hops are sealed in Oxygen-Barrier, UV-Blocking bags.
