Blond Ale Recipe Kit

Steinful is an Oktoberfest in the more modern tradition of the style. That means it's designed to be crisp, clean, and golden-amber colored rather than dark and bitter. Chocolate Stout is similar to classic Irish-style stout, except that Chocolate Stout is colored and flavored with chocolate malted barley instead of roasted non-malted barley. German wheat beer has less hop flavor than American wheat beer. The predominant flavor of German wheat beers comes from the use of special yeast, which produces a lot of fruity-estery flavors. These esters can make the beer taste like someone spiced it with banana, clove, and nutmeg. But these flavors all derive from the yeast, there is no fruit or spice used. Higher fermentation temperatures of 75-80 degrees will increase ester production.
